Do you accept work outside of Manhattan?
Yes, I will travel anywhere throughout the states and the world.

I see mostly photojournalistic photography on your site, but will you also do the formal posed photos?
Yes, I always shoot a combination of each. I do lean more on the documentary side but I always am sure to photograph at least a few posed shots. I'll shoot it as you like, It's your day and you are the boss.

What are your requirements in regard to deposit and payment?
The deposit is $500.00 and is required to book the date. The remainder is divided into two payments, one a month before the wedding date for 75% of the total and the balance upon delivery of proofs.

Do you shoot digital or film?
I shoot high-res digital. I only shoot film on special request.
Digital is superior to film in nearly every way - quality, longevity, options, the list goes on...

How many pictures can I expect to receive?
The amount of images varies and depends on the particular wedding and the total amount of time photographing. I and my assistant shoot as many photos as possible. Unlike film, when shooting digital there is no need to count rolls and limit the amount.

How do the photographs printed from a digital camera differ from those from a film camera?
The photographs are printed on exactly the same photographic paper. Besides the obvious advantage digital has in quality they are the same.

Do you offer albums with your packages?
All of the packages listed are suggestions and can be customized to suit your specific needs and budget. With that said, I used to offer albums with a few of the packages but have decided now to give a discount instead. Package #4 and #5 do include a 20% discount on any albums purchased and this reflects the same discount as when I included the album. Why you ask? Because this enables me to offer a lower price and gives the client more freedom in their album choices while still enjoying the same discounted package rate.

Lastly, I need to say that despite the name of this site I am not a wedding photographer, rather a photographer that photographs weddings. There is a difference.
